- Mandatory Dissertation / Research Appendix: submission of an accepted original manuscript appendix, working computational model deliverable, or theoretical derivation.

Prerequisites & Mandatory Requirements
- Earned Terminal Doctorate: an accredited doctorate (Ph.D., Sc.D., D.Eng., or equivalent) in Astrobiology, Astrophysics, Planetary Geochemistry, or aligned Engineering discipline.
- Research Leadership: sustained record in non-equilibrium thermodynamics, planetary habitability, or bioenergetics.
- Formal defense review and unanimous ratification by the UCEI Board.
Senior Privileges
- Lifetime authorization to use the SF.UCEI post-nominal.
- Permanent listing on the Distinguished Fellows Board at ucei.tech.
- Editorial and referee authority for incoming F.UCEI manuscript dissertations.
- Direct co-sponsorship rights on UCEI international research dispatches.
