Academic Rigor (The Gauntlet)
The certification exam enforces a strict 100% pass threshold (10 out of 10) on all testing modules. No partial credit is recognized.
Lockout Penalties
Failure to clear the testing gates triggers automated, escalating database lockouts on tickingclock.org, ranging from a 30-day freeze up to a permanent 1-year ban and eventual dismissal from the program after 5 total failures.
Tuition and Fees
The $250 flat enrollment and examination fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of passing, failing, or account lockout status.
Intellectual Property Protection
All research repository documents, mathematical formulations, and universal constants frameworks are protected under registered copyright (2026). Unauthorized distribution, mirroring, or feeding of these materials into AI models is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
