NOTICE TO ALL VISITORS & REGISTRANTS: Please review the established testing, intellectual property, and administrative policies of the Universal Constants Engineering (U.C.E.) curriculum:

Examination Rigor (The Gauntlet)

The certification examination enforces a strict 100% pass threshold (10 out of 10) on all testing modules. No partial credit is recognized.

Lockout Penalties

Failure to clear the testing gates triggers automated, escalating database lockouts on tickingclock.org, ranging from a 30-day freeze up to a 1-year ban and permanent dismissal from the program after 5 total failures.

Administrative & Examination Fees

The $250 flat enrollment and examination fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of passing, failing, or account lockout status.

Intellectual Property & AI Scraping Protection

All research repository documents, mathematical formulations, and universal constants frameworks are protected under registered copyright (2026). Unauthorized distribution, mirroring, commercial reproduction, or ingesting/training of these proprietary materials into AI models is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.
